Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) exam
The CPHQ exam is based on the Healthcare Quality Competency Framework, which includes eight domains. While NAHQ does not publicly release the exact number of questions per domain, the exam content outline provides relative weightings for each domain, which guide the distribution of questions:

- Domains – eight content domains
- Difficulty level – three levels (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced)
